FREE Memorial Day Races

A free 10K, 5K, and 1 mile race is going on in American Fork on Memorial Day at 8:00 AM.  You can get a T-Shirt for $5, but otherwise it's a completely free race.  The race website is http://www.runofremembrance.com, and you can sign up online in about 2 minutes.  The race is for remembering fallen soldiers, and many National Guard Soldiers and ROTC groups will be in attendance.  I think it will be a good experience, so I have signed up for th 10K race.  Signup if you'd like to get a feel for your current 10K or 5K time, and get in one of the best workouts as you compete in a race.
